Booking
You can book a tour by email or via WhatsApp. A booking made via WhatsApp must be confirmed by email to hi@experiencemadagascartour.com.
Confirmation and deposit
- Your booking must be confirmed at least 45 days before the start of the tour.
- The booking and the dates are only confirmed once we have received a deposit of 30% of the total price.
Cancellation
- More than 45 days before the start of the tour: reimbursement of 75% of the deposit.
- Between 45 and 30 days before the start of the tour: reimbursement of 50% of the deposit.
- Less than 30 days before the start of the tour: no reimbursement.
- Instead of cancelling, you can always postpone your tour to new dates.
Why we keep part of the deposit: to organise your tour, we book hotels and services in advance, and our partners ask us for non-refundable deposits as well.
Payment
Payment by bank transfer or mobile banking. The payment details will be sent to you with the confirmation of your booking.
Prices
The prices shown on this website are starting prices (“from”). The price per person decreases with the number of travellers, as the vehicle, the driver-guide and other costs are shared. The final price of your tour depends on the season, the number of travellers and your wishes, and is confirmed to you in writing before booking.
